How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, usually the same day if your message arrives before 16:00 GMT+8. Enquiries that already include a size, a quantity and a market are answered with a first price indication rather than a request for more information.
Do you work with small brands?
Yes, within a format's minimum. A folding carton at 1,000 pcs on a standard die is a normal first order. Below that we will tell you honestly that the per-unit price stops making sense.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Bring the drawings and we will run them through pre-press while you are there. Tell us two working days ahead so the right people are available.
Is there a different contact for existing orders?
Use the same phone and email and state the order number. Production questions are routed to the merchandiser who owns that job.
Have a specification ready?
The quote form asks for the four things that decide a price.
