Custom packaging, engineered for global retail

Packaging that survives the shelf, the courier and the compliance review.

We develop and produce rigid gift boxes, folding cartons, corrugated mailers and blister packs in Shenzhen — with structural samples, dieline engineering and export documentation handled by one team.

Why buyers stay

Built for procurement teams who have been burned by a bad dieline

01

Structure approved before mass production

We send a white sample and a printed proof for sign-off. If the insert cannot hold the product, you find out at sample stage, not at the port.

02

One person owns your order

Quotation, tooling, sampling, inspection and shipping documents run through a single contact, so you are not re-explaining your brief every week.

03

Documents ready for your market

We prepare the material declarations, packing lists and inspection reports your importer asks for. Certification scope is confirmed in writing before we claim it.

04

Specs written, not implied

Board grade, print method, finish and tolerance go into the quotation as numbers you can compare against your other suppliers.

Capabilities

What each range can do, in numbers you can quote against

Figures below are our standard working ranges. Final values are confirmed on the quotation after we see your dieline, material and print coverage.

We tell you what is verified, and what still needs checking

Certification scope depends on material and factory line. Ask us for the current certificate for your specific structure before you print it in your own catalogue — we will send the document, not a logo.

FAQ

Questions procurement teams ask before the first order

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the structure. Rigid boxes usually carry a higher minimum than folding cartons because of the wrapping and tooling steps, while corrugated mailers scale down further. Send the structure and size and we will give you the exact figure rather than a range.

Can you work from our artwork and dieline?

Yes. We accept AI, PDF and packaged artwork files, and we return a dieline check listing bleed, safe area, barcode position and finish conflicts before anything is printed.

Do you handle export shipping?

We prepare export cartons, packing lists, shipping marks and the inspection record, and we work with your nominated forwarder or quote FOB / CIF terms.

How do you handle colour consistency across repeat orders?

We keep the approved printed sheet and the ink recipe on file for your project, and compare each repeat run against it before packing.

Which markets do you currently supply?

Most of our export volume goes to Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia. Requirements differ by market, so tell us the destination and we will list the documents and material declarations that apply.

Start with a structure review, not a price list

Send a photo or drawing of what you need packed. We will tell you which structure fits, what it costs to tool, and how long the sample takes.
