Shenzhen Jinfengdao Technology Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures paper and plastic packaging in Longgang District, Shenzhen. Our customers are brand owners, procurement teams and distributors shipping into the EU, Japan and Southeast Asia.
What we make
Four families, each with its own tooling and its own limits: rigid gift boxes wrapped by hand, folding cartons from 250 to 400 gsm board, corrugated mailers in E, B and BC flute, and thermoformed blister packaging and trays.
Most programs use two of them together — a rigid presentation box inside a corrugated shipper, or a folding carton with a formed insert.

A quote comes back as a specification, not a single number: board grade, calliper, print method, finish, MOQ, sampling time and production lead time, each on its own line. If a line cannot be met, it is written down before the order rather than discovered during it.
Tooling is quoted separately and stays with the program that paid for it.

Printing, die-cutting, lamination, foil, window patching, thermoforming and hand assembly. Magnet work and certified laboratory testing are the two things we subcontract, and both are named as such in the quote.
Finished goods, before they are palletised
Every batch is counted and photographed at this stage, which is also the last point where a shortfall can be corrected without delaying a container.

One account contact from the first enquiry to the last shipment, backed by a pre-press person who reviews your files before a plate is made. No handover between departments partway through a program.

Four rules the quote desk works to.
Specification before price
A number without a board grade and a MOQ behind it is not a quote. We would rather send six lines you can compare than one number you cannot.
Say where it fails
Every product page carries a block on where that format is the wrong spend. If a folding carton is right for your SKU, we will not upsell a rigid box.
No invented credentials
We separate documents we hold, claims that depend on the material, and tests your market has to commission. Nothing on this site is a certification we cannot produce.
Bad news early
If a run fails final inspection, you hear it before the container is booked. If a market rule changes the format, you hear it before the tooling is cut.

Are you a trading company or a factory?
A factory. Shenzhen Jinfengdao Technology Co., Ltd. holds the business licence at the Longgang address on this page, and printing, die-cutting, lamination, foil, window patching, thermoforming and hand assembly all happen on that site. Magnet insertion, metal tooling and accredited laboratory testing are subcontracted and named as such in the quote.
Do you work with our existing artwork?
Yes, and it is the normal route for repeat programs. Send a print-ready PDF with bleed and dielines; pre-press reviews it in one to two working days and returns a marked-up file if something will not print. We do not redesign your artwork.
What is the smallest order you will take?
It depends on the format, not on a policy. Rigid boxes start at 500 pcs (1,000 if the box uses a magnet or drawer), folding cartons at 1,000 pcs on a standard die or 3,000 on a new one, corrugated mailers at 1,000 pcs, and blister packaging at 3,000 pcs when a new cavity tool is needed.
Can we audit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. Third-party or customer audits can be arranged with notice, and the scope is agreed case by case rather than sold as a standing certificate. Bring the checklist your compliance team uses and we will confirm in advance which items we can evidence on site.
How we work
Four steps, and where the money gets committed.
Quote from four inputs
Size or fill weight, material preference, print and finish, quantity with market and date. We answer with a range and name the assumption that moves the price most.
White sample, then printed proof
The white sample proves the dimensions and the fit. The printed proof proves the colour. They are quoted as separate lines so you can stop after either one.
Tooling, then the run
The die or the mould is cut once the dieline is signed and the deposit lands. Tooling changes after that point are charged as a second tool, not absorbed.
Inspection and export packing
Final inspection runs at AQL 2.5 on major and minor defects, critical at zero. Cartons are palletised for the shipping mode you nominate, with the weights printed on the label.
